  Ralph at Earthwise Termite and Pest has been servicing our home for over a year now, and my family is very happy with the service, professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly the lack of any pest issues. His concise yet well articulated approach to pest control at his website first caught my attention, and when I initially contacted him he was very prepared to discuss his strategies in even more detail. When he insisted on wearing "shoe covers" during the initial assessment inside our home, it was clear that he respected our home and property, and he has continued to demonstrate that same respect in his exterior treatments. Taking the time to wipe down every cobweb and examine every crack and crevice of our home as opposed to many other companies we've used who just "spray and scram" was a refreshing change, and his rates are very competitive as well. Ralph is extremely polite, intelligent and also tech-savvy for those of us who find it more convenient to schedule visits via email, text, etc. I am happy to report a very positive experience with Ralph and Earthwise Termite and Pest.
